We usually ship all our orders within 24-48 working hours and most of the orders are delivered within 5 working days post dispatch. 

Use a thin damp cloth to clean the body of the bag. Do not hand wash or tumble dry the bag. Use fillers to stuff the bag when not in use. Do not dry clean.

For the first wash we recommend getting the garment dry cleaned or petrol washed in order to avoid color bleeding. Wash using cold water & use a gentle detergent formulated to work in cold water.
